LeBron James reacts to Russell Westbrook’s shooting slump


Russell Westbrook continued struggling with his shot as the Los Angeles Lakers were defeated by the Sacramento Kings. The 33-year-old point guard scored just 8 points on 2/14 field goals.

During the previous two games Russ had 6 and 9 points respectively. He 2/12 and 4/14 of his field goals in those games. In addition, Westbrook missed all 6 three-pointers over this three-game stretch.

When asked about his teammate’s slump LeBron James gave a short answer. “Just keep working. Obviously he’s putting in work and trust the work you’r putting in. He’s getting some really good looks it just going down for him,” James said about Westbrook after the Sacramento game.
